We develop and apply mass spectrometry-based methods to map the immune signalling networks that control inflammation within and between cells. Our aim is to identify immune signalling circuits that turn inflammation harmful in tissue damage, autoimmune disease, sterile and chronic inflammatory conditions, and cancer.
We combine cellular immunology, biochemistry, proteomics and systems biology, and take a disease-agnostic approach to find shared and distinct signalling networks and new ways to target them.
